Total Paint, Glass, & Putty Removal
All Sashes (casement, double-hung, storms) receive a 100% materials removal to bare wood, linseed bath, and proper Sarco glaze, vintage-stock Red Devil DP1 glazing points, linseed-oil primer, and PPG top-shelf paint. Hardware is torched to bare, polished, and gloss black ‘Japanning’ coating, as was the look of the day.
All Inclusive Based on the Square Inch
For Double-Hung openings, the sill, jambs, and parting stops will also be cleaned of paint to bare, primed, and painted to allow for the smoothest possible travel. Storms & Casements will have their matching blind stops done in the same manner for a smooth contact.
